Always try to go to live as soon as soon as the live is on so I can get the Special BoGo or special crystal feature of the day. I wish they have more of bead accessories so I can get some. They always sold out by them I get to order :(

Travis has the best customer service. He is very giving and will accommodate all your needs/wants. I love this company they truly are the best bead company ever. I've only had 1 order that wasn't correct and they responded to my email quickly and took care of my order fast. Also all beads are natural and very good quality. I won't shop anywhere else!
