1. If you are having second thoughts for your order, please kindly contact us to cancel it before shipping through customer service. We have customer care check all messages everyday. You may not get an instant reply due to time difference, but all messages will be replied in 24hous since you send.

2. If orders are shipped, please understand that we will not be able to call it back as it is international shipping and we have already paid for shipping fee once it is sent. You could send the parcel back to China at your own cost once you received the order and we will refund you once we receive your parcel back.

3. On the rare occasion that your package arrives with signs of loss or damage, we strongly recommend you reject it or take a picture and call the post office immediately. WARNING: If the damaged/broken parcel is signed, the Buyer shall bear the loss.

4. Order arrives with any issues, please follow steps below so we can better provide our service: 1) Please kindly weigh them first 2) Take videos/pictures 3) Contact the customer service immediately with the weight&picture/video.
